Delivery
How it works
Every order is made after you buy it, then sent straight from our kitchen to your door. Delivery is door-to-door and usually arrives within 1–2 days of posting. You will receive an order confirmation by email, and a note with tracking once your parcel is on its way.
Where we deliver
UK mainland only, for now. We are a very small kitchen and want every parcel to arrive quickly and in good condition — the Highlands and islands will follow when we can promise that.
Packaging
Biscuits and granola are packed in resealable pouches, jars are checked, wrapped and cushioned, and everything travels in a plain box with a note inside. If your order is a gift, put the recipient’s address at checkout and leave a note on your order — we will keep the receipt out of the box.
If something arrives damaged
Email orders@cookiecabinet.co.uk within 48 hours with a photo of what arrived and we will replace it or refund you — whichever you would prefer. Things are packed to travel, but occasional accidents are our problem, not yours.
Shipping is charged as a flat rate per order and is shown before you pay. Back to the shop
