Delivery
How it works
Every order is made after you buy it, then sent straight from our kitchen to your door. Delivery is door-to-door and usually arrives within 1–2 days of posting. You will receive an order confirmation by email, and a note with tracking once your parcel is on its way.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver ourselves, for free, to Blyth, Morpeth, Cramlington and the surrounding area. We are a very small kitchen and want every order to arrive fresh and in good condition, so we’ve kept our delivery area local for now. If you’re not sure whether we reach you, email orders@cookiecabinet.co.uk before ordering and we’ll let you know.
Packaging
Biscuits and granola are packed in resealable pouches, jars are checked, wrapped and cushioned, and everything travels in a plain box with a note inside. If your order is a gift, put the recipient’s address at checkout and leave a note on your order — we will keep the receipt out of the box.
If something arrives damaged
Email orders@cookiecabinet.co.uk within 48 hours with a photo of what arrived and we will replace it or refund you — whichever you would prefer. Things are packed to travel, but occasional accidents are our problem, not yours.
Delivery is free for everyone in our local area — no shipping fee is added at checkout. Back to the shop
